The service

CLIPSYNC assists businesses with preparing social content using AI. The merchant must review and approve every item before publishing and is responsible for its accuracy, permissions and compliance.

Your account

Provide accurate account and business information, protect your credentials and authorize only appropriate users. You are responsible for activity through your account and should report suspected unauthorized access through the support contact in Settings.

Use and subscriptions

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of connected platforms. Paid plans are also subject to the Subscription Terms linked below.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee views, customers or revenue. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; review it before use. Platform availability and audience response are outside our control.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

The governing law will be specified in the final version. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Draft dispute resolution provision

Subject to applicable law, disputes would be resolved by individual binding arbitration rather than a court trial, with a waiver of class or representative proceedings. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these terms by notifying the support contact listed in Settings. Counsel must confirm the arbitration procedure, forum and notice process before this provision is finalized. This draft does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

CLIPSYNC Showcase (optional)

CLIPSYNC Showcase (optional). Showcase is optional and off unless you turn it on for an item or for all items you approve. When you turn it on, you grant getrobur LLC (operating CLIPSYNC) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, and distribute that finished video or post, with your name, business name and social handle as credit, on CLIPSYNC's own websites and social media accounts, in order to promote CLIPSYNC. We may add CLIPSYNC branding and captions and make technical edits such as cropping or compression, but we will not otherwise alter the meaning of your content or use it in paid advertising targeted to others without asking you again. You can withdraw at any time in Settings; we will remove the item from CLIPSYNC's own channels within 7 days. Withdrawal does not affect copies already shared by others, and your license ends for new uses on withdrawal. You keep ownership of your content. You confirm that you have the right to grant this license, that the content does not infringe anyone's rights, and that anyone identifiable in it has agreed, or is not identifiable. Showcase never includes music you added, and price tags are removed from the Showcase version. We do not pay for Showcase, and any benefit we offer will be disclosed. Platforms such as Instagram and TikTok have their own terms, and featuring is subject to them. If a platform or the law requires us to remove content, we may do so. Raw footage is never used for Showcase.
